As a Customer, I want to reset password quickly so that I can resolve account tasks without support.

⚠ "quickly" — replace with a measurable duration, e.g. "in under 60 seconds".

Given I am an authenticated user, when I reset my password, then I see a confirmation.

The Odeyemi Method

Six steps from ask to assured.

  1. 01

    Elicit

Stakeholders, goals and pain points captured before anyone talks solutions.

  2. 02

    Specify

Every need becomes a uniquely identified, prioritised, testable requirement.

  3. 03

    Validate

Requirements are linted for ambiguity and agreed against acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Model

Star schemas and measures designed before a single visual is built.

  5. 05

    Visualise

Reports answer the business questions the requirements defined.

  6. 06

    Assure

    Data quality measured, not assumed.
