Free tools

The Data Health Scan and Requirements Forge are provided as-is to help you assess data and draft requirements. Outputs are rule-based guidance; review them before relying on them for business decisions.

Digital products

Paid products are delivered as instant downloads and licensed for use by the purchaser within their own organisation. Resale or redistribution is not permitted. Because delivery is immediate, you agree that the 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins, as permitted under UK consumer law.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
